Neomycin, Polymyxin B, and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic

This medication is a combination of two broad-spectrum antibiotics (Neomycin and Polymyxin B) and a corticosteroid (Dexamethasone). The antibiotics work by stopping the growth of bacteria, while the corticosteroid reduces swelling, redness, and itching in the eye. It is strictly indicated for ophthalmic use and should not be swallowed or injected.

Dosage by Body Weight
